FALL ENTERTAINING RECIPES & TIPS

Fall is my favorite time of year! The leaves are changing color, the temperature is cooler, and it's all about food, fun and family.

This year, I have partnered with a few brands to help you with Fall entertaining, Football parties and tailgating.  Add a splash of warm colors like red, yellows and browns when entertaining.  It doesn't cost a lot to add little décor items like garlands of leaves and acorns to your counters, buffet dishes and table runners.  A little color around a serving dish, with a seasonal candle can also  warm the entrée or appetizer.   Here's 5 of my other Fall Entertaining tips. Enjoy!

#3  Serve a clean fine tasting wine for adults, and Fall beverages like cider and hot chocolate for kids
I really like FitVine Wine.  It's the wine for people with an active lifestyle, combining love for wine and fitness an ethic for sustainability.
Being a  cyclist, I entertain a lot of athletes in my home, and most don't want to compromise their workouts and fitness goals while enjoying wine.  Fitvine Wine products are not only clean tasting, but also have the flavor, mouthfeel and alcohol you come to expect from a great wine.  FitVine varietals include:  Pinot NoirCabernetRoséChardonnayPinot Grigio, and Sauvignon Blanc. To create clean and rich tasting wines with the flavor, mouthfeel and alcohol content you expect from a fine wine, FitVine uses a proprietary malolactic fermentation process. The wine ferments to dry and lowers sugar levels. On average, all wines have less than 0.09g of sugar, 118 calories, and 3.9g of carbohydrates (per 5oz. glass). The FUN in the bottle remains intact with all wines ranging from 13.4 - 13.9% alcohol.  This is a favorite since it's lower in calories, carbs, calories, sugar and sulfites, but still rich in taste and high in alcohol. Very reasonably priced and FREE online shipping when you purchase a case.  You can also find FitVine at Whole Foods, Publix and many wine and liquor stores.  Go to https://www.fitvinewine.com to find your closest local retailer.  Instagram @fitvine_wine   Twitter @fitvine  FB  Fitvine Wine #FitVineWine #FitVine

#4 Choose Paleo deserts packed with protein this Fall.
Most guests are looking for deserts that are guilt free!  For a healthier desert option try a recipe from www.paleopro.com  I really like their Rich Paleo Chocolate Avocado Pudding.  It's made with PaleoPro Protein Powder with 26 grams of protein and the highest quality ingredients.

Chocolate Avocado Protein Pudding
Serves 1–2
1 large ripe avocado
2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
2 Tbsp. organic raw cacao powder
1 scoop Chocolate Paleo Pro Protein in Ancient Cacao Flavor
2 Tbsp. honey (or monk fruit sweetener if you are following a keto diet)
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1Ž4 cup unsweetened chocolate or vanilla almond milk (or more)
Halve avocado and remove pit. Scoop flesh into food processor or blender. Purée with melted coconut oil. Add remaining ingredients and slowly add almond milk, depending on desired thickness. Blend starting on low and then move to high until it is smooth like pudding, but don’t overblend. Top with chocolate chips, goji berries, coconut shreds, blueberries or whatever you feel like.
