MY PERSONAL VEGAN SMART CHALLENGE THIS SUMMER! I FELT REALLY EMPOWERED!!

Laura Dellutri Dishes About the 21-Day VeganSmart Challenge

Need some motivation to get started with the the 21-Day VeganSmart Eat Smart Cleanse? Laura Dellutri, Home and  Life Style Expert , gives us some inspiration by sharing how magnificent and empowered she feels by doing the VeganSmart Challenge.

Being a triathlete and a cyclist, good health and nutrition is of utmost importance to Laura who began the VeganSmart Cleanse on July 7th after the holiday celebrations fizzled out. Laura was training for a triathlon, and wanted to do the challenge because it was time for a change and she wanted to do something to really benefit her body.

After eating vegan, Laura has felt more energetic, empowered, lighter, and healthier. After meals she is totally full and satisfied without feeling bloated or like she overate. VeganSmart allows for portion control and makes Laura’s stomach feel full faster than other foods she has eaten in the past.
When asked if Laura has cravings for non-vegan food, such as pizza or ice cream, her response was simply no. Laura gives credit to the lemon blast drink or coconut water for curbing any slight cravings that may sneak up. She did mention salt cravings after cycling, but she quickly found that craving to be satisfied by a handful of nuts or sunflower seeds.
To replenish her muscles after cycling, Laura’s first stop is grabbing VeganSmart protein powder. Chocolate is her flavor of choice and she loves it because it never makes her feel bloated and doesn’t cause bad breath, which she has experienced with other protein powders. The amount of protein packed in VeganSmart powder impressed Laura as well.
Participating the in VeganSmart 21-Day Cleanse is an empowering and encouraging lifestyle choice. It is difficult to control many things in our busy lives, such stress at work or at home. By doing the VeganSmart Challenge, you are truly in control of what you are putting in your body, which is “clean,” non-processed foods, such as vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains, and seeds.
